Essential oils have hundreds of uses per oil!  Below are a handful of ideas to get you started.

Frankincense (boswellia carteri) was considered more valuable than gold in ancient times and used by ancient cultures to ease many conditions. Scientists have studied it to examine antitumoral, immunostimulant, antidepressant and muscle relaxing potential–as well as potential effects on the limbic system of the brain, the hypothalamus, pineal gland, and pituitary gland.

Frankincense is used topically and aromatically. The Frankincense Vitality line can be taken by mouth as well.
